What We Treat & How We Help

Comprehensive Psychiatric Services

From your first evaluation through ongoing care, every appointment is designed to give you the time, attention, and expertise you deserve.

Initial Evaluation

A Thoughtful, Comprehensive Assessment

Designed to understand your unique experiences and create a personalized treatment plan.

Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we'll take the time to understand the full picture of your mental health. During this 60-minute visit, we'll discuss your current concerns, emotional well-being, medical and psychiatric history, previous treatments, medications, lifestyle, relationships, and personal goals.

This in-depth assessment allows us to develop an accurate diagnosis and an individualized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, gain a better understanding of your symptoms, and actively participate in developing a treatment plan that supports your long-term mental wellness.

Core Services

How I Can Help

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

Your first appointment is a thorough, unhurried evaluation of your mental health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. This forms the foundation of a treatment plan that is truly tailored to you — not a template.

Personalized Medication Management

When medication is appropriate, I take a careful, evidence-based approach to prescribing — starting low, monitoring closely, and adjusting based on your response and feedback. I provide clear education about every medication I recommend so you can make informed decisions.

Individualized Treatment Planning

Treatment is never one-size-fits-all. I work collaboratively with you to build a plan that reflects your values, goals, and circumstances — and I revisit that plan as your needs evolve.

Follow-Up & Ongoing Care

Regular follow-up appointments allow us to review your progress, address any concerns, and refine your treatment plan over time. Consistent, continuity-focused care leads to better outcomes.

In-Person & Telehealth Appointments

See us in person at our San Diego office, or connect via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth from anywhere in California — whichever fits your schedule and preference.

Medication Optimization

If you've been on psychiatric medications that aren't working as well as expected, I can conduct a thorough review and work with you to optimize your regimen for better results and tolerability.
